Lot frontage definition

Lot frontage means the width of a lot between the side lot lines measured along a line parallel to and 7.5 metres distant from the front lot line;
Lot frontage means lot frontage as defined in Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.

More Definitions of Lot frontage

Lot frontage means the horizontal distance between the side lot lines measured along the front lot line but where the front lot line is not a straight line, or where the side lot lines are not parallel, the frontage is to be measured by a line 6 m (19.7 ft.) back from and parallel to the chord of the frontage and for the purpose of this paragraph, the chord of the frontage is a straight line joining the two points where the side lot lines intersect the front lot line.
