License Term definition

License Term means the duration of a License as specified in the Order.
License Term means in respect of each Site, the period for its license to be used by the Access Seeker commencing on the Commencement Date and as stipulated in the respective SLO.
License Term means the Software license term specified on the applicable Ordering Document or by an Authorized Partner. The License Term may be a fixed term, a limited term for Evaluation Versions, or perpetual.

  • On a Licensed Asset-by-Licensed Asset basis, during the License Term for such Licensed Asset, XENCOR shall not, for itself or, with, through, or for any Third Party, without the prior written consent of Licensee, Develop, Manufacture, or Commercialize any Products or XENCOR Competing Product for such Licensed Asset.

  • In addition to the foregoing, if the System shall be a ground-mounted System to be located within a secure, fenced area on the Premises, Purchaser hereby grants to Seller an exclusive, sub-licensable license running with the Premises (the “Exclusive License”, and together with the Non-Exclusive License, the “Licenses”) for purposes of the installation, operation, use and maintenance of the System on such exclusively licensed area of the Premises during the License Term.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement or expiration of the License Term in any Order Form, you will: (i) promptly return to Delphix or destroy the applicable Software and Confidential Information and all copies and portions thereof, in all forms and types of media; and (ii) promptly pay all fees owing up to the date of termination.

  • During the License Term, Delphix may collect, process and store data relating to your use of the Software.

License Term means the period of time during which Licensee is authorized to use Program(s) in accordance with the applicable license grant.
