The Multiplex Licensee may from time to time impose or vary a credit limit upon the Access Seeker, beyond which the Multiplex Licensee is not required to supply any Multiplex Transmission Service on credit terms.
The Multiplex Licensee must not prevent an Access Seeker from obtaining access to the Multiplex Transmission Service in accordance with the applicable terms of this Agreement.
If the Multiplex Licensee, acting reasonably and in good faith, verifies the overpayment, the Multiplex Licensee must return the overpaid amount to the Access Seeker.
