Examples of Authorized Partner in a sentence
The Addendum together with any applicable Program Guides, Program Terms and Conditions, or Transaction Documents governs: (i) the nature and scope of the partner’s authorization and roles and responsibilities as a HPE non-exclusive solution provider (“Solution Provider”); and (ii) the terms on which the partner as a Solution Provider may purchase Products and Support indirectly from a HPE Authorized Partner for resale in the Territory.
If You purchased Software license(s) through an Authorized Partner, Your payment obligations are exclusively between You and the Authorized Partner.
The nature and scope of your authorization(s) is detailed in the Addendum or Addenda hereto that describe(s) your roles and responsibilities as an HPE Authorized Partner (“HPE Partner Authorization Addendum”).
Solution Provider shall not directly or indirectly resell Products or Support within the Territory if: (i) the Products or Support have not been acquired directly from HPE or from a HPE Authorized Partner; or (ii) Solution Provider knows, or has reason to believe, that the purchaser (or any third party) will export or import Products for resale to/into a country outside of the Territory.
If Customer’s warranty and support terms stated in its agreement with the Authorized Partner are different from those set forth in this Agreement, then such different terms are solely between Customer and the Authorized Partner and Exasol will have no obligations to Customer under this Agreement with respect to such different terms.
