EVALUATION VERSIONS. Webroot may make the Plugin available on an evaluation or beta testing basis (“Evaluation Services”). Your use of the Evaluation Services is governed by this Agreement as modified by this Section 4. The Evaluation Services may not be complete or fully functional, and Webroot makes no warranties whatsoever about the Evaluation Services, which are provided “AS IS”. Webroot does not guarantee that it will continue to make available the Evaluation Services under this Agreement or at all. If You provide Webroot with verbal and/or written Feedback related to Your use of the Evaluation Services, including, but not limited to, a report of any errors which You may discover in the Evaluation Services, or suggestions for improvements or changes to the Evaluation Services, You hereby assign all right, title and interest in the Feedback, including all intellectual property rights therein. If requested by Webroot, You agree to execute such further instruments as Webroot may reasonably request confirming Webroot’s ownership in such Feedback. All Feedback is provided at Your sole discretion.

EVALUATION VERSIONS. Customer’s use of the Evaluation Services is governed by this Agreement as modified by this Section 6. If Webroot chooses to provide Evaluation Services to Customer, Customer may access and use such Evaluation Services only in a non-production, testing-only environment during the Evaluation Period for purposes of internally testing and evaluating the Enabling Software and the Service to determine whether to pay for a license and right to the Services. When the Evaluation Period expires, Customer’s right to access and use the Evaluation Service expires and Webroot may disrupt or disable Customer’s authentication credentials. If Customer desires to use the Service after the Evaluation Period, Customer must acquire a license. CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SELECTION AND USE OF THE EVALUATION SERVICES. THE EVALUATION SERVICES MAY NOT BE COMPLETE OR FULLY FUNCTIONAL, AND WEBROOT HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE EVALUATION SERVICES AND ANY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO THE EVALUATION SERVICES, EACH OF WHICH IS MADE AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMER ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Webroot does not guarantee that it will continue to make the Evaluation Services available under this Agreement or at all.

Your use of the Evaluation Services is governed by this Agreement as modified by this Section 5. If You are using the Evaluation Services, then Your use is limited to use of the SecureAnywhere Business Solution in a non-production environment solely for evaluation purposes during the evaluation period designated in any Order Documentation (or, if no period is designated, for 30 days from the Effective Date) (the “Evaluation Period”). When the Evaluation Period expires, Your use of the Evaluation Services and the SecureAnywhere Business Solution automatically expires and the Evaluation Services’ capabilities may become restricted. You agree to promptly delete the Software and all copies thereof. If You desire to continue to use the SecureAnywhere Business Solution beyond the Evaluation Period, You will need to acquire the right to use the SecureAnywhere Business Solution. The Evaluation Services may not be complete or fully functional, and Webroot makes no warranties whatsoever about the Evaluation Services, which are provided “AS IS”. Webroot does not guarantee that it will continue to make available the Evaluation Services under this Agreement or at all.

Your use of the Evaluation Services is governed by this Agreement as modified by this Section 5. If You are using the Evaluation Services, then Your use is limited to use of the DNS Services in a non-production environment solely for evaluation purposes during the evaluation period designated in any Order Documentation (or, if no period is designated, for 30 days from the Effective Date) (the “Evaluation Period”). When the Evaluation Period expires, Your use of the Evaluation Services and the DNS Services automatically expires and the Evaluation Services’ capabilities may become restricted. If You desire to continue to use the DNS Services beyond the Evaluation Period, You will need to acquire the right to use the DNS Services. The Evaluation Services may not be complete or fully functional, and Webroot makes no warranties whatsoever about the Evaluation Services, which are provided “AS IS”. Webroot does not guarantee that it will continue to make available the Evaluation Services under this Agreement or at all.
EVALUATION VERSIONS. If the Software is designated as an “Evaluation” version, you may use the Software solely for evaluation purposes for the agreed evaluation period. Use of the Software and/or documentation beyond the evaluation period violates Catalyzes rights, as described in this licence agreement. You acknowledge that any Evaluation version is merely a technology demonstration that may not be at the level of performance or compatibility of generally available Catalyze products. Demo or Evaluation versions are provided strictly on an “as is” basis.
EVALUATION VERSIONS. Reseller shall ensure that NFR Licensed Software is not used for evaluation by End Users. Such use is prohibited. Instead, to the extent permitted in the Program Guide and subject to the terms and conditions of this Reseller Addendum, Reseller may distribute copies of the Software for evaluation purposes as “Evaluation Versions” (as defined in the End User Agreement) to End Users in the Territory. Use of Evaluation Versions shall at all times be subject to all the terms and conditions of the End User Agreement. Unless otherwise permitted in the Program Guide, Evaluation Version licenses will last for fourteen (14) days only and may not be extended without prior approval of Tableau.

EVALUATION VERSIONS. Any evaluation versions of Nodeware, if and when available from IGI, are governed by the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement and any other documentation provided to You regarding Your Nodeware evaluation. Any Nodeware evaluation, unless specifically indicated by IGI in writing, will convert automatically to a paid instance of Nodeware if not cancelled prior to the end of the evaluation period, in accordance with Sections 12 and 15 below.
EVALUATION VERSIONS. If the SOFTWARE is licensed as an evaluation version, the following also applies. The license is valid for sixty (60) days after acceptance of the agreement. Any applications you produce using the SOFTWARE may only be used for testing and evaluation purposes and may not be redistributed.
EVALUATION VERSIONS. Upon receipt of a request (on-line or otherwise) by a prospective End User for a license to the Software in order to evaluate the Software for a limited time at no charge, Business Partner may either: (i) itself deliver the Software to the prospective End User for a thirty (30) day evaluation period, or (ii) direct any such prospective End User to HCI's website in order to utilize the process on that website to download an evaluation version of the Software. In the case of (i) above, prior to delivering the Software, Business Partner shall enter into an End User License Agreement under the terms set forth in Section 2, but with a further limitation that the End User may use the Software only to the extent necessary for demonstration and evaluation of the Software within its organization, and for negotiations, discussions, and consultations with personnel or authorized representatives of Business Partner. Business Partner shall provide HCI notice of any licenses granted by Business Partner under the terms of this Section 9.5. The access codes to disable the Time-Based Deactivation Functions for any license granted under (i) above must be obtained directly from HCI.
