restriction of processing means the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future;
State of the ship s registry” means, in relation to a registered ship, the State of registration of the ship and, in relation to an unregistered ship, the State whose flag the ship is entitled to fly.
Third-Party Service means a service, product, or promotion provided by a third party that utilises, integrates with or is ancillary to the Services.
Write-Down and Conversion Powers means, with respect to any EEA Resolution Authority, the write-down and conversion powers of such EEA Resolution Authority from time to time under the Bail-In Legislation for the applicable EEA Member Country, which write-down and conversion powers are described in the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule.

Third Party Servicer means any servicer appointed from time to time by the Assuming Institution or any Affiliate of the Assuming Institution to service the Shared-Loss Loans on behalf of the Assuming Institution, the identity of which shall be given to the Receiver prior to or concurrent with the appointment thereof.

Breach of the security of the system means unauthorized acquisition or acquisition without valid authorization of physical or computerized data which compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of personal information maintained by the district. Good faith acquisition of personal information by an officer or employee or agent of the district for the purposes of the district is not a breach of the security of the system, provided that the private information is not used or subject to unauthorized disclosure.
Service Affecting A Service Affecting issue or dispute shall mean that such issue or dispute, unless resolved, places a Party’s End User in immediate or imminent risk of not being able to use the service to which that End User subscribes.
California Renewables Portfolio Standard means the California Public Utilities Code Section 399.11, et seq.
Member of the Service means a person appointed in a substantive capacity under the provisions of these rules and orders/rules in force previous to the commencement of these rules, to a post in the cadre of the service.
