Third Party Servicer definition

Third Party Servicer means any servicer appointed from time to time by the Assuming Institution or any Affiliate of the Assuming Institution to service the Shared-Loss Loans on behalf of the Assuming Institution, the identity of which shall be given to the Receiver prior to or concurrent with the appointment thereof.
Third Party Servicer means Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation and any other organization with which Access Group may, from time to time, enter into a Third Party Servicing Agreement, in each case while such party is servicing Financed Student Loans.
Third Party Servicer shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.14(c) hereof.
