Third Party Payor Programs definition

Third Party Payor Programs means all third party payor programs in which Tenant presently or in the future may participate, including, without limitation, Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, Managed Care Plans, other private insurance programs and employee assistance programs.
Third Party Payor Programs means all payment and reimbursement programs, sponsored by a Third Party Payor, in which a Borrower participates.
Third Party Payor Programs means all private or governmental programs providing health care benefits, whether through insurance or otherwise, that are sponsored by a Third Party Payor.

  • Each Credit Party and each of their respective Subsidiaries holds, and at all times during the three calendar years immediately preceding the Closing Date has held, all material Regulatory Permits necessary for it to own, lease, sublease or operate its assets or to conduct its business or operations (including to provide home and community based personal care services, as applicable) and to participate in and obtain reimbursement under all Third Party Payor Programs in which such Persons participate.

More Definitions of Third Party Payor Programs

Third Party Payor Programs means any participation or provider agreements, including Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and any Approved Insurer, and any other private commercial insurance managed care and employee assistance program, to which Borrower or any Operator may be subject with respect to the Project.
Third Party Payor Programs means all payment or reimbursement programs relating to healthcare goods and/or services sponsored or maintained by any insurance plan, employer, health maintenance organization, or Governmental Entity (including Federal Healthcare Programs) (collectively “Third Party Payors”), in which any of the Group Companies is enrolled or participates.
Third Party Payor Programs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.23.
