Third Party Payor Programs definition
Third Party Payor Programs means all third party payor programs in which Tenant presently or in the future may participate, including, without limitation, Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, Managed Care Plans, other private insurance programs and employee assistance programs.
Third Party Payor Programs means all payment and reimbursement programs, sponsored by a Third Party Payor, in which a Borrower participates.
Third Party Payor Programs means all private or governmental programs providing health care benefits, whether through insurance or otherwise, that are sponsored by a Third Party Payor.

All such filings shall be complete and accurate in all material respects and shall comply with all requirements of Applicable Law and all conditions of participation, conditions of payment, contracts, standards, policies, manuals, procedures, and other requirements of all applicable Third-Party Payor Programs.
Each Borrower and Manager shall document, code, bill and process claims for reimbursement and report and refund any overpayments received from Third-Party Payor Programs in material compliance with all Applicable Law and Third-Party Payor Programs.

Third Party Payor Programs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.23.
Third Party Payor Programs means, any participation or provider agreements with any third party payor, including Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and any Insurer, and any other private commercial insurance managed care and employee assistance program, to which Borrower, any Pool Property Owner or any Operator may be subject with respect to any Pool Property.
Third Party Payor Programs means all healthcare plans or healthcare reimbursement programs in which a Third Party other than the patient is responsible for payment in which the Company participates with regard to a healthcare service owned, operated or managed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including Government Reimbursement Programs, TRICARE program, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield plans, managed care plans, other private insurance plans and health plans established pursuant to ERISA.
Third Party Payor Programs has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.2(f).
