Third Party Payor Programs definition

Third Party Payor Programs means all third party payor programs in which Tenant presently or in the future may participate, including, without limitation, Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, Managed Care Plans, other private insurance programs and employee assistance programs.
Third Party Payor Programs means all payment and reimbursement programs, sponsored by a Third Party Payor, in which a Borrower participates.

More Definitions of Third Party Payor Programs

Third Party Payor Programs means all private or governmental programs providing health care benefits, whether through insurance or otherwise, that are sponsored by a Third Party Payor.
Third Party Payor Programs means, any participation or provider agreements with any third party payor, including Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and any Insurer, and any other private commercial insurance managed care and employee assistance program, to which Borrower, any Pool Property Owner or any Operator may be subject with respect to any Pool Property.
