Invoicing Procedure definition

Invoicing Procedure means the procedure by which the CONTRACTOR invoices the CUSTOMER, as set out in Schedule 2-4. ISMS means the Information Security Management System as defined by ISO/IEC 27001. The scope of the ISMS will be as agreed by the parties and will directly reflect the scope of the Ordered IT Products.
Invoicing Procedure means the procedure by which the Supplier invoices the Client, as set out in Schedule 5.
