Bidding Process definition

Bidding Process means the procurement procedure under which sealed bids are invited, received, opened, examined and evaluated for the purpose of awarding a contract;
Bidding Process means the process governing the submission and evaluation of the Bids as set out in the Bid document itself;
Bidding Process means the procurement process described in Part 6, Bidding.

More Definitions of Bidding Process

Bidding Process. , for the purpose of this IP, shall mean the procedures covering tendering process starting from bid preparation, bid submission, bid processing, and bid evaluation.
