Accounting Procedure definition

Accounting Procedure means the principles and procedures of accounting set out in Appendix C.
Accounting Procedure means the procedures set forth in Exhibit B.
Accounting Procedure means the procedure attached to this Agreement as Appendix I.

Examples of Accounting Procedure in a sentence

  • All costs and expenses that are incurred in the conduct of operations under this JOA shall be determined and recorded according to an Accounting Procedure (without prejudice to Annex C of the Contract) and generally accepted accounting principles and shall be subject to periodic inspection and audit.

  • Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Accounting Procedure, it is the intention that there shall be no duplication of charges or credits in the accounts under the Contract.

  • In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the provisions of this Accounting Procedure and the other provisions of the Contract, the other provisions of the Contract shall prevail.

  • By mutual agreement between the Government and the Contractor, this Accounting Procedure may be revised from time to time, in writing, signed by the Parties, stating the date upon which the amendments shall become effective.

  • For purposes of this Accounting Procedure, the terms used herein which are defined in the Contract shall have the same meaning when used in this Accounting Procedure.
