International Telephone Service (ITMS). - A telephone service by means of the international system of a Licensee for the provision of international services;
International Telephone Service (ITMS). - A telephone service by means of the international system of a Licensee for the provision of international services; "Roaming Service" A16 - A cellular service provided abroad and in the areas of civilian control of the Palestinian Council via the Cellular System of a foreign Cellular operator (hereinafter – Foreign Operator), whereby the Subscriber pays the Licensee for the service; and, similarly, a cellular service provided in Israel via the Cellular System of the Licensee, whereby the Licensee provides service to a Foreign Operator for the subscribers of that operator; in this regard, the "Palestinian Council" – as defined in the Law for Implementation of the Interim Agreement Regarding the West Bank and Gaza Strip (Jurisdictional Powers and Other Provisions) (Legislative Amendments), 5756 – 1998 [sic]; "Related Service" - A service set forth in the first addendum to the License, provided on the basis of the Basic Telephone Service and which, by its nature, can only be provided by the supplier of the basic service; "Value Added Service" A16 - A service provided on the basis of the Basic Telephone Service, which, by its nature, can be provided by another, including another Licensee that is not the supplier of the basic service; with regard to the services of the Licensee, a service as stated, which is set forth in the first addendum to the License; "infrastructure Service" - An Interconnection, or possibility of Use given to another Licensee, to a Franchisee or to a broadcast Licensee;A16 "Domestic Telecommunications Landline Service" A16 - Infrastructure, transmissions, communication of data and landline telephony; "Licensee Services" - Cellular services, Telecommunications Services and other services which the Licensee is entitled to provide pursuant to this License, to its Subscribers, to other Licensees, to broadcast licensees, to Franchisees and to the Security Forces;A16 "Cellular Services" - Telecommunications services provided by means of the Cellular System; "Control" - The ability to direct a corporation's activity, directly or indirectly, including ability deriving from the articles of incorporation, by virtue of an agreement, either written or oral, by virtue of a Holding in the Means of Control in another corporation - or from any other source, except for ability deriving solely from fulfilling the position of director or other position in the corporation; "the Minister" - The Minister of Communications, including anyone to whom he has del...

  • Telephone Service means calls (including voice, voicemail and conference and data calls), supplementary services (including call forwarding and call transfer) and messaging and multi-media services (including short message services, enhanced media services and multi-media services);

  • Outbound telephone call means a telephone call initiated by a telemarketer to induce the purchase of goods or services or to solicit a charitable contribution.

  • public telecommunications network means the public telecommunications infrastructure which enables signals to be conveyed between defined network termination points by wire, by microwave, by optical means or by other electromagnetic means;

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in Section 124(7) of Public Law 106-252 (Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act).

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Service address means the service address of a member or the body corporate in terms of rule 4; and

  • Personal care services means both physical assis- tance and/or prompting and supervising the performance of direct personal care tasks as determined by the resident's needs and does not include assistance with tasks performed by a licensed health professional.

  • international air transport means air transport that passes through the airspace over the territory of more than one State;

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Data Service means a telecommunications service other than a voice service.

  • Conferencing Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 30% for the following Conferencing Services: US Dial Out International Audio Conferencing. The current standard rates in the Guide (which includes both transport and bridging) for domestically bridged International Dial-Out Audio Conferencing, International Audio Conferencing (dial out from a US bridge).

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • telecommunications network means any wire, radio, optical, or other electromagnetic system used to route, switch, or transmit telecommunications;

  • Telephone Banking Service or “TBS” means any banking service operated over the telephone (by whatever name it may be known as) offered by the Bank, in connection with the Service Instructions and includes but is not limited to such services respectively known as Self Service Phone Banking and CitiPhone Banking; and

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.

  • Internet Banking means the service we offer by which you can access and transact on a nominated account by using a personal computer and accessing via our website. This includes transactions processed through the mobile banking facility as well as the smartphone app facility.

  • School service means a website, mobile application or online service that (i) is designed and marketed solely for use in elementary or secondary schools; (ii) is used (a) at the direction of teachers or other employees at elementary or secondary schools or (b) by any school-affiliated entity; and (iii) collects and maintains, uses or shares student personal information. "School service" does not include a website, mobile application or online service that is (a) used for the purposes of college and career readiness assessment or (b) designed and marketed for use by individuals or entities generally, even if it is also marketed for use in elementary or secondary schools.

  • Personal care means the provision of hands-on services to assist an individual with activities of daily living.

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and
