Cellular System definition

Cellular System means a wireless communication system that is operated pursuant to authority granted by the FCC under 47 CFR Part 22.

Cellular System means a cellular mobile radio telephone system constructed and operated in an MSA or an RSA (or any successor territorial designation) pursuant to a License therefor issued by the FCC.
