Basic Telephone Service. Upon request of Network Telephone, BellSouth will provide basic telephone service to the Collocation Space under the rates, terms and conditions of the current tariff offering for the service requested.

Basic Telephone Service. An individual telephone line is provided for each resident space (“per pillow”). No end user equipment is provided. • Service includes the ability to place on-campus calls and receive calls from anywhere free of charge. Voice mail service is not included. • Telephone calls to off-campus locations require a telephone calling card. • The residence hall’s hospitality desk serves as the liaison with the resident/guest for telephone service questions or problems. OIT will provide repair service for service/connectivity problems referred by the hospitality desk. • 911 service is available from every telephone. Basic Data Service • Individual data network (Ethernet) service for connecting to on-campus resources as well as the Internet, is available in each resident space (“per pillow”). No end user equipment is provided. • Desktop and network set-up support is not included in this service. • The residence hall’s hospitality desk serves as the liaison with the resident/guest for data service questions or problems. OIT will provide repair services for service/connectivity problems referred by the hospitality desk. Wireless Access to the Data Network • Service is available throughout the University.
