Hotel Improvements definition

Hotel Improvements means all of the buildings, other immovable structures and improvements and fixtures on the Hotel Parcel.

Hotel Improvements means the building or buildings containing guest rooms, a lobby, restaurants, meeting rooms, administrative facilities, parking (if located on the Site), other amenities and related facilities, and all other improvements constructed or to be constructed on the Site under this Agreement.

Hotel Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Examples of Hotel Improvements in a sentence

• Owner agrees to provide and/or undertake the Historic Rehabilitation, the deed restriction of the Affordable Housing Unit; the provision of the Rooftop Bar; and the Hotel Improvements as provided for herein.

More Definitions of Hotel Improvements

Hotel Improvements means the portion of the Master Development consisting of the Hotel and the Conference Facilities as described at Sections 6.02(c) and 6.02(d), respectively.
