Administrative Facilities. 1. Parties shall either establish a secretariat or appoint one or more administrators prior to the entry into force of this Agreement.
2. Each Party shall maintain a contact point for the other Parties or interested persons of the other Parties to answer or refer reasonable enquiries and to provide information in a timely manner pertaining to its existing and proposed measures and other matters covered by this Agreement. The Parties shall publish the contact points on the Agreement’s website.
3. For the purposes of Part IV, the Parties shall publish the contact details for the administrator on the Agreement’s website.
Administrative Facilities. Advisor will furnish, if necessary, to Client office space, facilities, equipment and personnel adequate to provide the Services.
Administrative Facilities i. UNCG will provide adequate office facilities to the following GCBOE employees at the Middle College (faculty members shall have undesignated work space due to UNCG space limitations):

3. [X] a Counselor;
4. [X] the following additional staff positions: social worker and career development coordinator, who will share an office space.
ii. [ ] UNCG will specifically make available to GCBOE the following office facilities:

1. [ ] the Principal;
2. [ ] an Administrative Assistant;
3. [ ] a Counselor;
4. [ ] all faculty members teaching courses at the School;
5. [ ] the following additional staff positions: .
ii. [ ] GTCC will specifically make available to GCBOE the following office facilities: .
iii. [ ] Office facilities may include modular classroom facilities owned by GCBOE. GCBOE will pay all costs associated with the operation and maintenance of such modular classroom facilities.
Administrative Facilities. A. Each school will have the following facilities:
1. Space in each building in which administrators may safely store instructional materials and supplies;
2. An administrator’s work area containing adequate equipment and supplies to aid in the preparation of administrative and instructional materials;
3. A serviceable desk and chair for the administrator in his office;
4. A communication system so that administrators can communicate with the classrooms from the office;
Administrative Facilities. Contractor shall provide temporary office facilities for itself on the Big Stone Site. Such facilities, together with office equipment, sanitary facilities, and communications services are to be provided in accordance with the Technical Specification.
Administrative Facilities. 1. Suitable office space, modern furnishing, adequate storage and shelving facilities may be provided for administrative areas as far as possible.
2. Privacy for pupil, parent, and teacher conferences shall be afforded within the office area as far as possible.

ii. [X] GTCC will specifically make available to GCBOE the following office facilities: all administrative facilities identified above will be located in the building that, as of the effective date of this Agreement, is called the Wellness Center.
iii. [ ] Office facilities may include modular classroom facilities owned by GCBOE. GCBOE will pay all costs associated with the operation and maintenance of such modular classroom facilities.
