Administrative Facilities. 1. Parties shall either establish a secretariat or appoint one or more administrators prior to the entry into force of this Agreement. 2. Each Party shall maintain a contact point for the other Parties or interested persons of the other Parties to answer or refer reasonable enquiries and to provide information in a timely manner pertaining to its existing and proposed measures and other matters covered by this Agreement. The Parties shall publish the contact points on the Agreement’s website. 3. For the purposes of Part IV, the Parties shall publish the contact details for the administrator on the Agreement’s website.

An administrator’s work area containing adequate equipment and supplies to aid in the preparation of administrative and instructional materials; 3.
