Grievance Initiation. Subject to having completed the mandatory Complaint Stage set out in Article 8.03, the employee shall reduce the Grievance to writing, specify the Article or Articles of this Agreement alleged to have been violated, sign the Grievance, and then, within five (5) working days of the verbal reply of the Supervisor in Article 8.03 above, process the Grievance through the following steps in the following sequence.
