Developed Lots definition

Developed Lots means, as of any date of determination, subdivision lots that are wholly-owned by any Loan Party, subject to a recorded plat and which are in substantial compliance with Applicable Laws and are suitable for the construction thereon of foundations for a Dwelling Unit, which Borrower has designated as “Developed Lots” in the most recently delivered Inventory Summary Report (exclusive of any Dwelling Lot). An individual Developed Lot is sometimes referred to herein as a “Developed Lot.”
Developed Lots means subdivision lots located in the United States that are wholly-owned by Borrower or its Borrowing Base Subsidiaries, unencumbered by any Lien or Liens (other than Permitted Encumbrances), and that are subject to a recorded plat or subdivision map, in substantial compliance with all applicable Laws and available for the construction thereon of foundations for Units.
Developed Lots. The sum of all Advances and Reserved Allocations committed but not disbursed for said Lots shall not exceed the lesser of (i) seventy percent (70%) of Total Project Costs, or (ii) seventy percent (70%) of the Bulk Finished Lot Value for said Lots, subject to Lender’s approval.

Examples of Developed Lots in a sentence

  • Any Dwelling Lots having a fully or partially constructed dwelling unit thereon which Dwelling Lot is not subject to a bona fide contract for the sale of such Dwelling Lot to a third party, excluding Developed Lots containing Dwellings used as Models.

  • B = seventy-five percent (75%) of the sum of all Acquisition Costs for all Developed Lots included in the Loan Inventory.

  • Subdivision lots owned by the Borrower or its Restricted Subsidiaries, subject to a recorded plat, which the Borrower has designated and the Administrative Agent has accepted to be included and are included as "Developed Lots" in the calculation of the Loan Funding Availability (exclusive of any Dwelling Lot).

  • Parcels of land owned by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries which are, as of the date of determination, not scheduled for commencement of development into Developed Lots during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately following such date of determination and which the Borrower has designated as "Land Parcels".

  • Such request and all other documents and instruments described in this Section 4.4 shall be submitted with the Borrowing Base Certificate in which Borrower intends to include such portion of the Land in the Borrowing Base as Developed Lots.


More Definitions of Developed Lots

Developed Lots means all lots of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries located in the State of Ohio or any contiguous state on which all development activity has been completed, including without limitation, all site development for streets and sewers, and for which application has been made for final acceptance by the applicable controlling municipality, valued at the lesser of cost or market.
Developed Lots means (a) all residential lots with respect to which (i) development has been completed to such an extent that permits that allow use and construction, including building, sanitary sewer and water, could be obtained for a detached or attached single family house (including a townhouse condominium building or condominium building) on each such lot, and (ii) Start of Construction has not occurred; and (b) all lots zoned for commercial use that have sewer and water available for use at such lots. The value of Developed Lots shall be calculated in accordance with GAAP and shall include all associated costs required to be capitalized under GAAP; provided, however, that the total value (calculated in accordance with GAAP) of commercial lots constituting Developed Lots shall not exceed $1,000,000 at any one time.
Developed Lots is defined in Section 2.3.
Developed Lots means those certain Lots in a Qualified Project for which all A&D Improvements have been constructed and completed and said Lots are in condition for the construction of Homes thereon.
Developed Lots means each of the platted subdivided lots and the Horizontal Improvements thereon located on Developable Land and which, under applicable Laws, may be utilized as the site for a Unit, Tower Units or multi-family facility including specifically those lots (a) that are ready for construction of a Unit, Tower Units or multi-family facility and for which a building permit would then be issued to a Property Owner if applied for, (b) with construction of Units or Tower Units underway thereon or (c) with fully constructed Units or Tower Units situated thereon, but excluding lots under development that are not yet ready for construction of Units or Tower Units thereon.
Developed Lots. (as defined in the Loan Agreement for the Qualified Project known as “Meadow Leaf” or “Falling Leaf” shall not be permitted to remain in the Borrowing Base beyond March 31, 2008.
Developed Lots means that portion of the Land which has been developed into single family residential lots with all necessary streets, utilities and other infrastructure improvements and which are ready for resale to builders.
