Tower Units definition

Tower Units means the condominium units at the Tower Construction Projects, whether completed or under construction, held by Project Owner for sale in the ordinary course of business, and in which the rights of ownership and occupancy are to be sold.

Related to Tower Units

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.
