Condominium Building definition

Condominium Building means a multiple family residential building in which the dwelling units are subject to a condominium plan and declaration pursuant to The Condominium Act;
Condominium Building means non-residential, commercial, or mixed-use building consisting of two or more units that share common walls and are offered as for-sale units, including such buildings that meet the definition of a condominium in Civil Code section 1351.
Condominium Building means a residential structure containing condominium units.

More Definitions of Condominium Building

Condominium Building or “Building” shall mean and refer to a structure containing Units and related improvements in the Development. There is one (1) Condominium Building within the Development.
