Any Dwelling Lots having a fully or partially constructed dwelling unit thereon which Dwelling Lot is not subject to a bona fide contract for the sale of such Dwelling Lot to a third party, excluding Developed Lots containing Dwellings used as Models.
In the event that any such parcel is a Lot Under Development, Developed Lot or Dwelling Lot, then the Loan Funding Availability shall be immediately calculated excluding such parcel.
