Dwelling Lot definition

Dwelling Lot includes the Dwelling located thereon. An individual Dwelling Lot is sometimes referred to herein as a "Dwelling Lot."
Dwelling Lot means, as of any date of determination, Developed Lots with Dwelling Units which any Loan Party has designated as “Dwelling Lots” in the most recently delivered Inventory Summary Report. The term “Dwelling Lot” includes the Dwelling Unit located thereon. An individual Dwelling Lot is sometimes referred to herein as a “Dwelling Lot.”
Dwelling Lot means any lot intended for improvement with a dwelling.

Examples of Dwelling Lot in a sentence

  • Any Dwelling Lots having a fully or partially constructed dwelling unit thereon which Dwelling Lot is not subject to a bona fide contract for the sale of such Dwelling Lot to a third party, excluding Developed Lots containing Dwellings used as Models.

  • In the event that any such parcel is a Lot Under Development, Developed Lot or Dwelling Lot, then the Loan Funding Availability shall be immediately calculated excluding such parcel.

  • Subdivision lots owned by the Borrower or its Restricted Subsidiaries, subject to a recorded plat, which the Borrower has designated and the Administrative Agent has accepted to be included and are included as "Developed Lots" in the calculation of the Loan Funding Availability (exclusive of any Dwelling Lot).

  • Based upon the information in the Inventory Summary Report and the other information compiled by Administrative Agent, Administrative Agent shall determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a Lot Under Development, Developed Lot or Dwelling Lot not previously designated as part of the Loan Inventory shall be designated part of the Loan Inventory and, if so, whether such Lot Under Development, Developed Lot, or Dwelling Lot shall be designated a Lot Under Development, Developed Lot, or Dwelling Lot.

  • Subdivision lots owned by the Borrower or its -------------- Restricted Subsidiaries, subject to a recorded plat, which the Borrower has designated and the Administrative Agent has accepted to be included and are included as "Developed Lots" in the calculation of the Loan Funding Availability (exclusive of any Dwelling Lot).

  • Any Owner of a Private Dwelling Lot which is leased on the effective date of these Bylaws shall place on file with the Board of Directors a copy of the lease agreement in effect within thirty (30) days of the date on which these Bylaws are recorded among the Land Records of the District of Columbia.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Article X to the contrary, plans and specifications for Improvements to be constructed on a Lot in a Single Dwelling Lot shall not be deemed to have been properly submitted unless and until any and all fees required by the Board to be paid in connection with such Improvements, as provided in Section 8 above, shall have been paid to the Board or Declarant as required.

"Residential dwelling unit" does not mean a guest room in a motel or hotel.

  • single detached dwelling unit means a residential building consisting of one dwelling unit and not attached to another structure;
