IN CONDITION. Tenant has inspected the leased premises and accepts it in its present (as-is) condition unless expressly noted otherwise in this lease. Landlord and any agent have made no express or implied warranties as to the condition or permitted use of the leased premises or Property.
IN CONDITION. Xxxxxx has inspected and accepts the Property AS IS except for conditions materially affecting the safety or health of ordinary persons or less expressly noted otherwise in this Lease. Landlord has made to express or implied warranties as to the condition of the Property and no agreements have been made regarding future repairs unless specified in this Lease. Tenant and Landlord will together complete an Inspection Checklist, noting and defects or damages to the Property within 48 hours after the Commencement Date. The Inspection Checklist is not a request for maintenance or repairs. Tenant must direct all repairs in compliance with paragraph 24.

ROOM: RESIDENT is hereby verifying the room that is being leased by the RESIDENT is in good condition on the move in day, RESIDENT is able to utilize the room, fixtures & furniture in ordinary usage during the lease period & vacate the ROOM with condition of ordinary wear & tear conditions only. Damaged items that needed to be noted for move-out inspection reference are listed as the MOVE-IN INSPECTION on the page 9 of this lease. MOVE-IN INSPECTION & checklist items read & approved by: SIGN: COMMON AREAS: RESIDENT is hereby verifying that the premise that is co-leased by the RESIDENT is in good condition on the move in day, RESIDENT is able to utilize the COMMON AREAS of the house, appliances, fixtures & furniture in ordinary usage during the lease period & vacate the premise with condition of ordinary wear & tear only. Damaged items that needed to be noted for move-out inspection reference are listed as the MOVE-OUT INSPECTION on the page 9 of this lease. Landlord and any agent have made no express or irooUed warranties as to the condition or permitted use of the leased premises or Property. 14. MOVE-OUT CONDITION ANO FORFEITURE OF TENANT'S PERSONAL PROPERTY: A. At the time this lease ends, Tenant will surrender the leased premises in the same condition as when received, except for normal wear and tear. Tenant will leave the leased premises in a clean condition free of all trash, debris, personal property, hazardous materials, and environmental contaminants. B. If Tenant leaves any personal property in the leased premises after Tenant surrenders possession of the leased premises, Landlord may: (1) require Tenant, at Tenant's expense, to remove the personal property by providing written notice to Tenant; or (2) retain such personal property as forfeited property to Landlord. C. "Surrender" means vacating the leased premises and returning all keys and access devices to Landlord. "Normal wear and tear" means deterioration that occurs without negligence, carelessness, accident, or abuse. D. By providing written notice to Tenant before this lease ends, Landlord may require Tenant, upon move out and at Tenant's expense, to remove, without damage to the Property or leased premises, any or all fixtures that were placed on the Property or leased premises by or at the request of Tenant. Any fixtures that Landlord does not require Tenant to remove become the property of the Landlord and must be surrendered to Landlord at the time this lease ends. 15.
IN CONDITION. 16 and its sub-conditions the following words shall have the meanings set out below: 'ADOPTED PROTOCOL' - the accepted method for the interchange of Messages based on such protocol as may be agreed between you and us. 'DATA' - any information processed into our computer facility in relation to your affairs. 'MESSAGE' - Data structured in accordance with the Adopted Protocol and transmitted electronically between you and us, including where the context admits any part of such Data. 'DATA LOG' - the complete record of Data interchanged representing the Messages between you and us.
IN CONDITION. A. Landlord makes no express or implied warranties as to the Property's condition, suitability or habitability. Tenant has inspected the Property and accepts it in its AS IS. WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS condition.
IN CONDITION. Landlord makes no express or implied warranties as to the Property's condition. Tenant represents and warrants that he or she has inspected the Property and has found the interior and exterior of the leased premises, as well as all equipment and appliances, to be in an acceptable condition and in good working order. Tenant accepts the Property AS-IS. Additionally, Tenant will complete an electronic move in inspection, noting any damages to the Property, and deliver it to Landlord within 5 days after the Commencement Date. If Tenant fails to timely deliver the move in inspection, the Property will be deemed to be free of damages, unless otherwise expressed in this Lease. The move in inspection report is not a request for repairs. Tenant must direct all requests for repairs in compliance with Paragraph 16(a).
IN CONDITION. Xxxxxx has inspected the condition of the property prior to move-in, is satisfied with the condition, and accepts the property “as-is” without any additional repairs unless agreed to separately in writing. Tenant has made an inventory of any damages noticed by Tenant and will deliver this inventory to Landlord. This inventory is not a request for repairs. NEIGHBORHOOD CONDITION: Before signing this lease, Xxxxxx has researched and is satisfied with all aspects of the neighborhood the property is located in. The Tenant is satisfied with the schools, the crime rate, the available utility and internet providers, the proximity of registered felons and sex offenders, the proximity of all government services, and the proximity of grocery stores and shopping centers. Tenant is also satisfied with the noise levels in the neighborhood and the views from the property. Tenant is satisfied with the pollution levels in the area caused by any commercial enterprise or industry located nearby. Tenant certifies that the neighborhood satisfies Xxxxxx’s personal needs and preferences.
IN CONDITION. By signing the Lease, you have inspected the property and accept it in its “as-is” condition. Any exceptions are noted in your lease in Section 15.
