Residential Lots definition

Residential Lots means all Lots on DP [TBC] excluding any Lot shown as Kiosk Site, Road or Reserve.
Residential Lots means any parcel of land of five acres or less, any point on the boundary line of which is less than one-half mile from any point on the boundary line of another such lot in the same tract, unless any such lot may not legally be used for residential purposes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the term "residential" shall include temporary, seasonal and permanent residential use.
Residential Lots means developed and undeveloped lots for single family dwellings located within Parcel 1 set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto.

More Definitions of Residential Lots

Residential Lots. (as such quoted term is defined in Recital A of the Original Option Agreement) within the Community. No sales of Residential Lots occurred under the Lot Purchase Alternative.
