Customer Connection Point definition

Customer Connection Point means the agreed point where electricity is to be supplied between the Embedded Electricity Network and an electricity installation or equipment serving the Premises (as defined by us). Customer Read Estimate means your reading of the relevant meter. Disconnection means an action to prevent the flow of Utility Services to the Premises, but does not include an interruption. Electricity Laws means national and State and Territory laws and rules relating to energy and the legal instruments made under those laws and rules, insofar as they apply to this Agreement, and includes the conditions applying to the exemption from the requirement to be a Registered Network Service Provider granted to Real Utilities Operator and the Lessor.

Customer Connection Point means the point at which the Premises are connected to the Network to facilitate electricity supply to or from the Customer from the Network. Customer Satisfaction Sheet means the documents evidencing satisfactory completion of the SGU including its installation and connection to the Network in compliance with Australian Standards and required laws. Direct Debit Dishonour Payment Fee means the fees specified in the Quote applicable where a direct debit transaction for any payment under this agreement is dishonoured. Distributor means the third-party responsible for the generation or carriage of energy to the Premises. Economic Loss means loss other than damage to physical property of the Customer, and includes corruption of data losses, business interruption losses, loss of revenue and loss of profits. Encumbrance means any mortgage, lien, charge, pledge, assignment by way of security, security interest, title retention, preferential right or trust arrangement, claim, covenant, profit à prendre, easement or other security arrangement or any other arrangement having the same effect. End Date has the meaning given to it in the Quote. Energy Generation means the actual or estimated quantity of solar electricity generation produced by the SGU (kWh) measured in accordance with clause15.3. Energy Generation Charge means the amount of money charged to the Customer calculated in accordance with clause 17 of the PPA terms and conditions. Energy Generation Rate means the rate per unit of energy generated ($0.00/ kWh) or any such amount as increased in accordance with this agreement.

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region.   • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.
