The Trustee may terminate any Advance Security Arrangement established by it only if and when (i) the existence of such Advance Security Arrangement is no longer necessary for the Trustee to satisfy the eligibility requirements of Section 8.06 or (ii) when such Trustee resigns or is removed as Trustee hereunder.
This provision shall not be construed to limit the Borough’s right to payment from the Entity, nor shall the priority of such payments be affected by the Secured Party exercising its rights under any applicable Security Arrangement.
