Other Network definition

Other Network. Other Network" shall mean any national (e.g., ------------- ABC, CBS, ▇▇▇, ▇▇, UPN, USA Network or Pax Net) or regional broadcast television network, individual broadcast television station group, or their affiliates.
Other Network means any network or card association other than VISA, MasterCard, or Discover in which Provider participates hereunder.
Other Network means any network or card company other than Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express that is identified on the Merchant Processing Application and in which Merchant participates hereunder.

  • In the event the total amount claimed by the Network User and all Other Network Users for this single event exceeds five million Euros (EUR 5 000 000), this five million Euros (EUR 5 000 000) shall be distributed between Network User and the Other Network Users involved on a prorated basis, based on the Services, with the exception of ZTP Trading Services, they each subscribed to over the previous twelve (12) Months.

  • The non-recurring and recurring rates for Other Network Element combinations, whether Currently Combined or new, are as set forth in Exhibit B of this Attachment.

  • Merchant’s election to receive Services from any Other Network may require the execution of an agreement (an “Other Merchant Agreement”) between an Other Network and Merchant.

  • You agree to pay our audit costs or the audit costs of Member Bank, an Association, or Other Network.

  • Merchant agrees that it has or will, prior to commencing participation in each Other Network, obtain all necessary approvals and execute any applications and/or agreements necessary for, required by or affecting Merchant's participation in such Other Network(s).
