Destination Point definition

Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.
Destination Point means the delivery points(s) on Carrier’s System where Crude Petroleum is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.
Destination Point means the destination point(s) provided in the Table of Rates included in this tariff. “Delivery” means the transfer from Carrier at destination to Consignee.

  • All redirect circuits are connected between the Service Provider‘s network point and coordinated by Service Provider (―point of presence‖) and the Destination Point or between Service Provider Recovery Centers.

  • The Order Acknowledgement shall include the Scheduled Ship Dates for the Products based on the Delivery Schedule submitted with a Purchase Order so that, taking into account customary and reasonable transit times for delivery to the Destination Point and subject to the occurrence of Force Majeure Events, such Products ordered under the Purchase Order will arrive at the applicable Destination Points by the Delivery Dates set forth in the Delivery Schedule.

  • Seller and Buyer will each use their commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate logistics related to delivery of the Products at the Delivery Point and shipment of the Products to the Destination Point, including through compliance with the procedures set forth in this Article 4 and Article 5.


More Definitions of Destination Point

Destination Point means the point at destination where physical custody of Product is transferred from Carrier to the Consignee, such point being the point of interconnection between Carrier’s facilities and the Product receiving facilities to which Carrier’s facilities are connected now and in the future.
Destination Point means the destination points provided in this Tariff. “Delivery” means the transfer from Carrier at destination to Consignee.
Destination Point means a destination point provided in Carrier’s tariffs.
