End Customer definition

End Customer means the individual or entity that purchases Products from the Retailer.
End Customer means the Customer, or if the Customer is a Reseller, the end customer to which the Reseller sells ASSA ABLOY’s Products or Services through a written sale transaction (such as a quote or purchase order), as applicable for the internal use of such Customer, and not for further resale.
End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

  • BlueSnap may decline to process transactions in the event that it has concerns over security issues relating to the Merchant and may terminate this Agreement if it believes that the Merchant does not have sufficient security measures in place to protect payment data and End Customer Information.
