End Customer definition

End Customer means the individual or entity that purchases Products from the Retailer.
End Customer means an enterprise customer to which Partner markets or sells Products for internal use.
End Customer means the Customer, or if the Customer is a Reseller, the end customer to which the Reseller sells ASSA ABLOY’s Products or Services through a written sale transaction (such as a quote or purchase order), as applicable for the internal use of such Customer, and not for further resale.

  • The Customer and any End Customer must not, and must ensure their respective Personnel do not, use any Confidential Information or other non-public information obtained in connection with this Agreement or the Services to deal in, or procure any other person to deal in, any securities of the Service Provider or Service Provider’s Affiliates and must comply with all applicable i▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ laws.

  • Customer may only use the Services (including without limitation the Cloud Services, and any requested Professional Services) for the purposes of Customer reselling such Services to the End Customer in accordance with this MSA and as specified in a Service Order and/or Statement of Work.

  • Customer shall ensure that the End Customer Contracts and/or any other agreement between Customer and an End Customer in connection with the sale and/or distribution of the Services to such End Customer validly incorporates the Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions are and continue to be legally binding on the End Customers for the Service Order Term.
