Business Customer definition

Business Customer means a customer that is a business operating in any form, including a sole proprietorship. Sales to a non-profit organization, to a trust, to the U.S. Government, to a foreign, state or local government, or to an agency or instrumentality of that government are treated as sales to a business customer and must be assigned consistent with the rules for those sales.
Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.
Business Customer means the person who is liable to pay the Appointee's charges in respect of a supply of water to premises other than domestic premises and for these purposes includes the customers of a licensee with whom the Appointee has an agreement under s66D Water Industry Act 1991;

If You are a Business Customer, You are only entitled to purchase this Policy if You have purchased the Covered Equipment for use in connection with a business, trust, charity or other unincorporated body established in Ireland.

A Business Customer may only transfer this Policy to another Business Customer.
