End-Use Customer definition

End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.
End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Rhode Island that purchases
End-Use Customer means the person or entity who owns the facilities receiving gas redelivered by Company at the Delivery Point.

More Definitions of End-Use Customer

End-Use Customer means a Member that is a retail end-user of electricity within the PJM Region. For purposes of Members Committee sector classification, a Member that is a retail end-user that owns generation may qualify as an End-Use customer if: (1) the average physical unforced capacity owned by the Member and its affiliates in the PJM region over the five Planning Periods immediately preceding the relevant Planning Period does not exceed the average PJM capacity obligation for the Member and its affiliates over the same time period; or
End-Use Customer means a Member that is a retail end-user of electricity within the PJM Control Area.
End-Use Customer means, either: (a) with respect to a Designated System that is a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device, an eligible customer under the SFA for which the Designated System’s output is primarily used to offset that customer's electricity load or (b) with respect to a Designated System that is a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project, an eligible low-income residential customer under the SFA with a subscription to a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project. The specific utility customer classes under this definition shall be as determined by the IPA.” The following is added as Section 1.35.1:
End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Rhode Island that purchases electrical energy at retail from an Obligated Entity except that a Generating Unit, taking station service at wholesale from ISO or self-supplying from its other generating stations, shall not be considered an End-use Customer.
