Compensation of Custodian. The Custodian shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for its services and expenses as Custodian, as agreed upon from time to time between the Fund and the Custodian.
Compensation of Custodian. The Custodian shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for its services and expenses as Custodian, as agreed upon from time to time between each Fund on behalf of each applicable Portfolio and the Custodian.
Compensation of Custodian. The Custodian shall be entitled to compensation as agreed upon from time to time by the Trust and the Custodian. The fees and other charges in effect on the date hereof and applicable to the Fund are set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto.
Compensation of Custodian. The Custodian shall be entitled to receive and the Trust agrees to pay to the Custodian, for the Fund's account from the Fund's assets only, such compensation as shall be determined pursuant to Appendix E attached hereto, or as shall be determined pursuant to amendments to Appendix E as approved by the Custodian and the Trust. The Custodian shall be entitled to charge against any money held by it for the accounts of the Fund the amount of any loss, damage, liability or expense, including counsel fees, for which it shall be entitled to reimbursement under the provisions of this Agreement as determined by agreement of the Custodian and the Trust or by the final order of any court or arbitrator having jurisdiction and as to which all rights of appeal shall have expired. The expenses which the Custodian may charge against the account of a Fund include, but are not limited to, the expenses of agents or Sub-Custodians incurred in settling transactions involving the purchase and sale of Securities of the Fund.
Compensation of Custodian. The Custodian shall be compensated for providing the services set forth in this Agreement in accordance with the fee schedule set forth on Exhibit D hereto (as amended from time to time). The Custodian shall also be compensated for such out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., telecommunication charges, postage and delivery charges, and reproduction charges) as are reasonably incurred by the Custodian in performing its duties hereunder. The Trust shall pay all such fees and reimbursable expenses within 30 calendar days following receipt of the billing notice, except for any fee or expense subject to a good faith dispute. The Trust shall notify the Custodian in writing within 30 calendar days following receipt of each invoice if the Trust is disputing any amounts in good faith. The Trust shall pay such disputed amounts within 10 calendar days of the day on which the parties agree to the amount to be paid. With the exception of any fee or expense the Trust is disputing in good faith as set forth above, unpaid invoices shall accrue a finance charge of 1½% per month after the due date. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, amounts owed by the Trust to the Custodian shall only be paid out of the assets and property of the particular Fund involved.
Compensation of Custodian. The Custodian shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for its services and expenses as Custodian, determine in accordance with the fee schedule attached hereto as Schedule B, as amended from time to time as agreed by each Fund and the Custodian.
Compensation of Custodian. The Custodian shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for its services and expenses as Custodian, as agreed upon from time to time between each Investment Company, on behalf of each Fund, and the Custodian. In addition, should the Custodian in its discretion advance funds (to include overdrafts) to or on behalf of a Fund pursuant to Proper Instructions, the Custodian shall be entitled to prompt reimbursement of any amounts advanced. In the event of such an advance, and to the extent permitted by the 1940 Act and the Fund's policies, the Custodian shall have a continuing lien and security interest in and to the property of the Fund in the possession or control of the Custodian or of a third party acting in the Custodian's behalf, until the advance is reimbursed. Nothing in this Agreement shall obligate the Custodian to advance funds to or on behalf of a Fund, or to permit any borrowing by a Fund except for borrowings for temporary purposes, to the extent permitted by the Fund's policies.
Compensation of Custodian. In consideration of the services to be rendered pursuant to this Agreement, Customer shall pay Custodian in accordance with the Fee Schedule annexed hereto as Schedule B, which Fee Schedule may be amended by Custodian from time to time upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Trust. In addition, Trust shall be responsible for and shall reimburse Custodian for all costs and expenses incurred by Custodian in connection with this Agreement, including (without limiting the generality of the foregoing) all brokerage fees and costs and transfer taxes incurred in connection with the purchase, sale or disposition of Property, and all income taxes or other taxes of any kind whatsoever which may be levied or assessed under existing or future laws upon or in respect to the Property, and all other similar expenses related to the administration of the Accounts incurred by Custodian in the performance of its duties hereunder (including reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses). Fees and reimbursement for costs and expenses shall be paid monthly. Custodian, will submit an itemized statement to Trust each month. In the event Custodian does not receive such payment within sixty (60) days of the date of such statement, Custodian is hereby authorized to debit the Cash Accounts for such fees, costs and expenses.
Compensation of Custodian. For all expenses and services performed and to be performed by Custodian hereunder, each Fund on behalf of its respective Portfolio(s) as applicable, shall and hereby agrees to pay Custodian, severally and not jointly, such reasonable compensation as determined by the parties from time to time.
