Disputed Amounts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(iii).

Disputed Amounts as used in Section 11.9 below, means the amount that the Disputing Party contends is incorrectly billed.

Disputed Amounts. An amount or any portion of bill or invoice sent to a Party that the billed Party contends, in good faith, is not due and payable.
