Additional Funds. In the event that any management investment company in addition to those listed on Appendix A hereto desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such management investment company shall become a Fund hereunder and be bound by all terms and conditions and provisions hereof including, without limitation, the representations and warranties set forth in Section 18.7 below.
Additional Funds. An additional Fund or Funds may become a party to this Agreement after the date hereof by an instrument in writing to such effect signed by such Fund or Funds and the Custodian. If this Agreement is terminated as to one or more of the Funds (but less than all of the Funds) or if an additional Fund or Funds shall become a party to this Agreement, there shall be delivered to each party an Appendix B or an amended Appendix B, signed by each of the additional Funds (if any) and each of the remaining Funds as well as the Custodian, deleting or adding such Fund or Funds, as the case may be. The termination of this Agreement as to less than all of the Funds shall not affect the obligations of the Custodian and the remaining Funds hereunder as set forth on the signature page hereto and in Appendix B as revised from time to time.
Additional Funds. If at any time another Fund desires to appoint the Distributor as its principal underwriter and distributor under this Agreement, it shall notify the Distributor in writing. If the Distributor is willing to serve as the Fund's principal underwriter and distributor under this Agreement, it shall notify the Fund in writing, whereupon such other Fund shall become a Fund hereunder.
Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares, in addition to those listed on the attached Exhibit A, with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.
Additional Funds. 8.01 In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Portfolios with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.
Additional Funds. In the event that an entity affiliated with the Funds, in addition to those listed on the Schedule A, desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof and the Transfer Agent agrees to provide such services, upon completion of an amended Schedule A signed by all parties to the Agreement, such entity shall become a Fund hereunder and any series thereof shall become a Portfolio hereunder.
Additional Funds. In the event that any entity in addition to those Funds listed on Appendix A attached hereto desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof and if the Custodian wishes to provide such services, then the parties will execute a revised Exhibit A. Upon execution thereof, such entity shall become a Fund hereunder and be bound by all terms, conditions and provisions hereof.
Additional Funds. In the event that any registered investment company in addition to those listed on Appendix A to this Agreement desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms of this Agreement, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such registered investment company shall become a Fund hereunder and be bound by all terms and conditions and provisions of this Agreement.
Additional Funds. In the event that the Trust establishes one or more series of Shares, in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as Transfer Agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Fund hereunder.
Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.
