Company Systems definition

Company Systems means all Software, and computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, data communication lines and other information technology equipment and related systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used by Company in the conduct of its business as currently conducted.
Company Systems means the computer systems, telecommunications, networks and other similar or related items of automated computerized or software systems that are owned or controlled by the Company.
Company Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(h).

Examples of Company Systems in a sentence

  • To the Company’s Knowledge, no Company Systems owned by the Company contains any material defect, bug or error.

  • To the Company’s Knowledge, no former employee has in its possession any Company Systems (including any backup media, including storage drives of any type, tapes, or disks) that contain Company trade secrets or confidential information.

  • With respect to the Company Systems: (i) the Company has a disaster recovery plan and procedures for Security Incident response in place; (ii) there has not been any malfunction of the Company-Controlled Systems or any unplanned downtime or service interruption that has caused a material disruption to the Business; and (iii) no third party providing Company Systems to the Company has failed to meet any material service obligations to the Company with respect to such Company Systems.


More Definitions of Company Systems

Company Systems means all Software and all computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, data communication lines, and other information technology equipment and related systems, including any outsourced systems and processes.
Company Systems means all computer, hardware, software, systems, and equipment (including embedded microcontrollers in non-computer equipment) embedded within or required to operate the current products of the Company and the Subsidiaries, and/or material to or necessary for the Company and the Subsidiaries to carry on their businesses as currently conducted.
Company Systems means the refined petroleum product, crude oil, natural gas, liquefied natural gas, natural gas liquid and other pipelines, lateral lines, pumps, pump stations, storage facilities, terminals, processing plants, and other related operations, assets, machinery and equipment that are owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or used for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as it is presently conducted.
Company Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(i).
Company Systems means the information technology systems owned, licensed, leased or otherwise held for use (including for hosting or colocation) by any Company or used in the business of the Companies as currently conducted and currently proposed to be conducted, including all computer hardware, software, firmware, telecommunications systems, and similar or related infrastructure.
Company Systems means all computer and information technology systems, platforms and networks owned or used by any Group Company (whether outsourced or not);
Company Systems shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.15.
