Company Systems definition

Company Systems means all Software (including Company Products), computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), information technology, electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems (including any outsourced systems and processes) that are owned, leased, licensed or used by or for, or otherwise relied on by, the Company or its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their businesses.
Company Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(h).
Company Systems means the computer systems, telecommunications, networks and other similar or related items of automated computerized or software systems that are owned or controlled by the Company.

  • The Company and its Subsidiaries have taken commercially reasonable measures to protect and maintain the security of the Company Systems and all information stored or contained therein from any unauthorized use, access, interruption or modification by any Person.

More Definitions of Company Systems

Company Systems means all computer, hardware, software, systems, and equipment (including embedded microcontrollers in non-computer equipment) embedded within or required to operate the current products of the Company and the Subsidiaries, and/or material to or necessary for the Company and the Subsidiaries to carry on their businesses as currently conducted.
Company Systems means the refined petroleum product, crude oil, natural gas, liquefied natural gas, natural gas liquid and other pipelines, lateral lines, pumps, pump stations, storage facilities, terminals, processing plants, and other related operations, assets, machinery and equipment that are owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or used for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as it is presently conducted.
Company Systems has the meaning set forth in Section ‎4.12(k).
Company Systems means all computer and information technology systems, platforms and networks owned or used by any Group Company (whether outsourced or not);
Company Systems means the information technology systems owned, licensed, leased or otherwise held for use (including for hosting or colocation) by any Company or used in the business of the Companies as currently conducted and currently proposed to be conducted, including all computer hardware, software, firmware, telecommunications systems, and similar or related infrastructure.
Company Systems means all of the following used or otherwise relied on by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries: computers (including servers, workstations, desktops, laptops and handheld devices), software, applications, websites, hardware, networks, firmware, middleware, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines, data storage devices, data centers, systems and other information technology equipment and assets.
Company Systems means Systems owned, leased or licensed by and operated by, or on behalf of, the Company or its Affiliates.
