To the extent Convercent is operating a Data Center or utilizing a Third Party Data Center, Convercent will comply with physical security controls outlined in industry standards such as ISO 27001, SSAE 16 or ISAE 3402, or PCI-DSS. All access to areas, cabinets, or racks that house telecommunications, networking devices and other “data transmission lines” or equipment will be controlled as follows:

Data Centers. Xxxxxx hosts all Customer Personal Data in Amazon AWS. Xxxxxx regularly reviews Amazon’s physical and environmental controls for its relevant data centers, as audited by Amazon’s third-party auditors. Such controls include, but are not limited to: - Physical access to the facilities is controlled at the building ingress points; - Visitors are required to present ID and are signed in; - Physical access to servers is managed by access control devices; - Physical access privileges are reviewed regularly; - Facilities utilize monitor and alarm procedures; - Fire detection and protection systems; - Power back-up and redundancy systems.
Data Centers. The Contractor shall only use data centers located in the United States when processing and storing State data under this Contract.
Data Centers. Security Software Solutions will identify all data centers where the application/platform, data at rest or data backup will reside. Security Software Solutions represents that all such data centers where Confidential Information, including NPPI, will be received, collected, stored, processed, or transmitted and will always reside within the jurisdiction of the United States.
