Processing Plants means the Water Properties of the Loan Parties comprised of any processing or treatment plants or other similar facilities, and any terminals, tankage and loading racks, in each case that are owned or leased from time to time by any Loan Party and used in the business of such Loan Party.

Processing Plants means the Midstream Assets of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries comprised of any processing or condensate handling facilities owned or leased from time to time by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary that are used in the business of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary.
