Company Products definition
Company Products means each product (including any hardware, Software and firmware product) or service developed, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or delivered by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company Products means any and all products and services that currently are marketed, offered, sold, licensed, provided or distributed by the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
Company Products means all products, Software, applications, services and documentation currently (A) manufactured, licensed, sold, distributed, provided, or otherwise made commercially available by Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or (B) developed, created, conceived or reduced to practice by Company or any of its Subsidiaries and not yet made commercially available.

Company Products means all proprietary products and services of the Company that are currently being, or at any time since the Company’s inception have been, offered, licensed, sold, distributed, hosted, maintained, supported or otherwise provided or made available by or on behalf of Company.
