TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.
Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.
Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;
Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:
Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.
Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.
Technical Specifications means the technical specifications set forth in Schedule 1 to the Agreement and to which, the STBs, CAS and SMS must comply with.
TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.
The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.
Product Specifications means those product, process, Manufacturing and labeling specifications used by Seller in the Manufacture of Products in compliance with all applicable Regulatory Requirements, including Product formula and materials required for the Manufacture of the Products that are to be manufactured, purchased and supplied under this Agreement, as such are in effect as of the Effective Date, as such specifications may be amended from time to time as required by any Regulatory Requirements or by the mutual written agreement of the Parties.
Class specification means a formal written statement of the class which defines the general character and scope of the duties and responsibilities of positions in the class, lists typical or illustrative examples of work, of positions in the class, enumerates the knowledge, skills, abilities and personal characteristics required for successful performance of the work and statesrequired minimum experience and training for positions in the class.
Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.
District Specifications means the specifications followed by the State Government in the area where the work is to be executed.
Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.
Product Specification means a file attached to the application for the protection of a geographical indication setting out the specifications which the spirit drink must comply with and which, under Regulation (EC) No 110/2008, was referred to as 'technical file';
Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

Change Orders means documents that change the construction contract and are negotiated between the owner and contractor to correct design omissions, address unforeseen circumstances which arise during the construction process, and improve upon designs based on project progress.
