Recommendations, Decisions Few scientific decisions called for and these will be of routine nature with ample precedent or clearly defined procedures as guidance. Recommendations normally reviewed for technical accuracy and feasibility. Recommendations limited to problem solving rather than end result. Decisions made are normally within established guidelines. Starts to contribute to the planning of scientific projects. Supervision Received Under close supervision, work is reviewed for accuracy, adequacy and conformance with prescribed procedures. Prepares own work plans and executes them with minimum supervision. Oral and occasionally written instructions, as to methods and procedures to be followed, are given.
