Operational Parameters means without limitation volumes, number, nature and characteristics of the Products, Goods identification and symbolization, stack ability of the Products, different conditioning part in the preparations, resistance of the packaging, conditioning or the handling supports, mode of transmission of information, frequencies and deadlines for transfer of information, deadlines for performance of the Services, reception and sending scheduling system, transport modes, supply units, shipping methods, modification of CLIENT WMS.   • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;
