Examples of Business Relation in a sentence
The term Business Relation shall include those individuals or entities who were employed, engaged or associated with the Company during my employment or, if after the termination of my employment, within the twelve (12) month period prior to the termination of my employment.
Section 9.02(b) does not prohibit Executive from consulting with, or working on behalf of, any Business Relation or any building products company that does not meet the definition of a Business as long as Executive complies with the obligations imposed in Section 9.02(d).
