Business Relation definition

Business Relation means any current or prospective client, customer, licensee, or other business relation of the Company Group, or any such relation that was a client, customer, licensee, supplier, or other business relation within the six (6) month period prior to the expiration of the Employment Period, in each case, to whom I provided services, or with whom I transacted business, or whose identity became known to me in connection with my relationship with or employment by the Company.
Business Relation means any current or prospective client, customer, licensee, or other business relation of the Company Group, or any such relation that was a client, customer, licensee, supplier, or other business relation within the six (6) month period prior to the termination of the Employment Period, in each case, to whom I provided services, or with whom I transacted business, or whose identity became known to me in connection with my relationship with or employment by the Company.
Business Relation means any current or prospective partner, client, customer, licensee, supplier, or other business relation of any member of the Partnership Group, or any such relation that was a client, customer, licensee or other business relation within the prior six (6) month period, in each case, with whom Executive transacted business or whose identity became known to Executive in connection with Employment with the Partnership Group.

Examples of Business Relation in a sentence

  • The term Business Relation shall include those individuals or entities who were employed, engaged or associated with the Company during my employment or, if after the termination of my employment, within the twelve (12) month period prior to the termination of my employment.

  • Section 9.02(b) does not prohibit Executive from consulting with, or working on behalf of, any Business Relation or any building products company that does not meet the definition of a Business as long as Executive complies with the obligations imposed in Section 9.02(d).

More Definitions of Business Relation

Business Relation has the meaning given such term in Section 7(c) hereof.
Business Relation means any Person other than Employer who, at any time during the Employee’s term of employment with Employer, was a Person (i) who is or was a customer of Employer or a prospective customer of Employer, or (ii) who had entered into any contract or other arrangement with Employer for the provision of services or the sale of products, or (iii) to whom Employer had furnished or planned to furnish a proposal for the performance of services or the sale of products, or (iv) with whom Employer entered or agreed to enter into any other business relationship such as a joint venture, collaborative agreement, joint development agreement, teaming arrangement or agreement, or similar arrangement or understanding for the provision of services or sale of products.
Business Relation means herein any person or entity other than a Supplier that conducts business with the Company or its Affiliates.
Business Relation means any current or prospective client, customer, licensee, supplier, or other business relation of any member of the Company Group, or any such relation that was a client, customer, licensee or other business relation within the prior twelve (12) month period, in each case, with whom I transacted business, or about whom I learned non-public information through my employment with or provision of services to the Company Group, or who became clients, customers, licensees, suppliers, or other business relations of the Company Group during my employment with or provision of services to the Company Group, or whose identity became known to me in connection with my relationship with the Company Group, or employment by any member of the Company Group.
Business Relation means any Person who, at any time during the Employee’s employment with the Employer, was a Person (i) that is or was a customer of any member of the Non-Compete Group, (ii) that had entered into any contract or other arrangement with any member of the Non-Compete Group for the provision of services or the sale of products, (iii) to whom any member of the Non-Compete Group furnished or planned to furnish a proposal for the performance of services or the sale of products, or (iv) with whom any member of the Non-Compete Group entered or agreed to enter into any other business relationship such as a joint venture, collaborative agreement, joint development agreement, teaming arrangement or agreement, or similar arrangement or understanding for the provision of services or sale of products.
Business Relation means any Person who, at any time during the Employee’s employment with the Company, was a Person (i) that is or was a customer of the Company or the Bank, (ii) that had entered into any contract or other arrangement with the Company or the Bank for the provision of services or the sale of products, (iii) to whom the Company or the Bank had furnished or planned to furnish a proposal for the performance of services or the sale of products, or (iv) with whom the Company or the Bank entered or agreed to enter into any other business relationship such as a joint venture, collaborative agreement, joint development agreement, teaming arrangement or agreement, or similar arrangement or understanding for the provision of services or sale of products.
Business Relation means any current or actively and materially pursued prospective client, customer, licensee, supplier, or other business relation of the Company Group, or any such relation that was a client, customer, licensee or other business relation within the prior six (6) month period, in each case, with whom Executive transacted business or whose identity became known to Executive in connection with Executive’s employment hereunder.
