CySEC Rules definition

CySEC Rules means the Rules, Directives, Regulations, Guidance notes, opinions or recommendations of CySEC.

CySEC Rules means the Governing Laws, the Rules, Directives, Regulations, Guidance notes and Circulars published by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.

CySEC Rules means the Directives, Circulars, Decisions, Guidelines, Rules, Regulations and notes of CySEC.

• For this reason, the Company will provide the Client with an online access to his Client Account via the Platform(s) used by the Client, which will provide him with sufficient information in order to comply with CySEC Rules and Applicable Regulations in regard to client reporting requirements.

• Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude any duty or liability which we have to you or vice versa under the CySEC Rules or the Act.

CySEC Rules means the Law which provides for the Provision of Investment Services, the Exercise of Investment Activities, the Operation of Regulated Markets and other related matters, the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering Activities Law, the Directives, Circulars and all other regulations issued pursuant to these Laws and all guidance notes, administrative notices, newsletters and rules published by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.

CySEC Rules means the Rules, Directives, Regulations, Guidance notes opinions or recommendations of CySEC. “Event of Default” shall have the meaning given in paragraph 27.1 of this Client Agreement.

CySEC Rules when used in this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean all applicable Regulations and Circulars issued by “Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission” or “CySEC” in the framework and context of the authority it has been granted under the Act, as the same may be in force from time to time and modified or amended from time to time;

CySEC Rules means the Directives, Circulars or other Regulations issued by the CySEC, as from time to time varied, amended or substituted by the CySEC;

CySEC Rules means, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission rules, directives, regulations and circulars.
