PRA Rules definition

PRA Rules means the Rules included within the PRA handbook issued by the PRA.
PRA Rules means the rules of the PRA from time to time, or any rules which replace or succeed
PRA Rules means the PRA Handbook of rules and guidance containing the rules made by the PRA;

More Definitions of PRA Rules

PRA Rules means the Securitisation Part of the PRA’s Rulebook (as amended and in effect from time to time).
PRA Rules has the meaning given to it in the Terms and Conditions;
