Building Lot definition

Building Lot means an Owner’s Lot or a Child’s Lot.

Building Lot means a parcel of land meeting the size and frontage requirements set forth in the Sanbornton Zoning Ordinance and capable of being occupied by one dwelling or commercial structure, where appropriate, and accessory structures.
