Annual Incentive Payment definition

Annual Incentive Payment means the average of the incentive payments made to you in each of the two (2) calendar years immediately preceding the date of termination.
Annual Incentive Payment means the monetary credit received by a Participant based on their enrollment in the Program. The total value of the Annual Incentive Payment shall be the sum of the Participant’s eligible Generated Energy Credits and their eligible WA State Production Incentive Credit, as explained in Section 5 and Section 6.

Examples of Annual Incentive Payment in a sentence

  • Failure to satisfy the Target Withholdings requirement in respect of any one calendar year does not prohibit the Company from receiving an Annual Incentive Payment for any subsequent calendar year in respect of which the Target Withholdings requirement is satisfied.
