Upon termination of the Agreement for any reason, the Company’s sole duty and obligation shall be to pay the Contractor any Fees or Incentive Bonus, as the case may be, which have been earned on or before the termination date, and to reimburse the Contractor for any Authorized Expenses which the Contractor has incurred on or before the termination date.
