Earned Bonus definition

Earned Bonus means the bonus paid, if any, pursuant to the Company’s incentive compensation plans in effect from time to time. Earned Bonus shall be prorated based on the ratio of the number of days during such year that Executive was employed to 365.
Earned Bonus means the bonus, determined based on the actual performance of the Company for the full fiscal year in which Executive’s employment terminates, that Executive would have earned for the year in which his employment terminates had he remained employed for the entire year, prorated based on the ratio of the number of days during such year that Executive was employed to 365. Such Earned Bonus will be determined and paid to Executive no later than 21/2 months after the close of the fiscal year in which the Earned Bonus was earned.
Earned Bonus means any earned but unpaid Bonus for the fiscal year ending upon or immediately before the end of your employment.

Examples of Earned Bonus in a sentence

  • For purposes of this subsection (f) Earned Bonus shall not be prorated and shall be an amount equal to “Target” bonus as defined in the Company’s incentive compensation plan in effect from time to time.

  • The Earned Bonus shall be paid at the same time bonuses are paid to employees of the Employer generally in accordance with the terms of the Employer’s annual bonus plan.

More Definitions of Earned Bonus

Earned Bonus means the average bonus paid for the three most recent fiscal years pro rated for the portion of the year elapsed. If the calculation is as of a time after the end of a fiscal year but prior to the actual payment of the bonus for such fiscal year, then the Earned Bonus shall mean (i) 100% of the average bonus paid for the three most recent fiscal years plus (ii) the average bonus paid for the three most recent fiscal years pro rated for the portion of the then current year elapsed. For example, if the calculation is as of February 15, 2008, and the Company has not then paid a bonus for fiscal year 2007, then the Earned Bonus would be (i) the average bonus paid for fiscal years 2004, 2005 and 2006 plus (ii) the average bonus paid for fiscal years 2004, 2005 and 2006 pro rated for the portion of 2008 then elapsed.
Earned Bonus means the actual annual bonus earned by the Employee for the fiscal year in which the Employee’s Termination Date occurs; pro rated to reflect the portion of the fiscal year during which the Employee was employed by the Employer, determined by multiplying the full year bonus that would otherwise have been payable to the Employee based upon the achievement of applicable performance objectives by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days during which the Employee was employed by the Employer in the year of termination and the denominator of which is three hundred sixty-five (365).
