You also may update your e‐mail address in the Internet Banking section of our website. Except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law or regulation, you agree that we are under no obligation to re‐send, re‐transmit, or otherwise deliver to you any Internet Banking notifications or information that we have transmitted to your e‐mail address and that has been returned "undeliverable" or otherwise rejected for delivery.
