Stopping Preauthorized Payments. You may stop Recurring Payments (and any other "preauthorized electronic fund transfer" as defined by Federal Reserve Board Regulation E) by calling or writing to us at the address and telephone number identified in Section 2.4 of this Agreement. We must receive your request three (3) Business Days or more before the payment is to be made. If you call, we may also require you to put your request in writing and deliver it to us within fourteen (14) days after you call. If we require you to put your request in writing and you fail to provide this written confirmation to us within fourteen (14) days after your call, we may not honor your stop payment request for any Recurring Payment (or other "preauthorized electronic fund transfer") that is to be made after that fourteen (14) day period. We will be liable for your actual losses and damages (if any) if we fail to stop a Recurring Payment (or other "preauthorized electronic fund transfer") following a timely order by you.

Stopping Preauthorized Payments. The Service may allow you to stop or cancel payments and transfers that you have scheduled or initiated, and you should follow applicable Service instructional materials if you wish to stop or cancel a transaction. Stopping Preauthorized Payments. You have the right to stop payment of preauthorized transfers. To stop a recurring payment to a merchant you have preauthorized to debit your Card, call us at 0-000-000-0000 or write us at Attn: Customer Service, P.O. Box 190245, Birmingham, AL 35219 in time for us to receive your request at least three (3) Business Days before the payment is scheduled to be made. Such a stop payment request will cancel one recurring payment. If you want to permanently stop all recurring payments to a specific merchant then we require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within fourteen (14) days after you tell us you want to stop such payments. If you prefer you may contact the merchant or third party service provider directly to cancel the recurring payments. If your regular payments vary in amount, the person you are going to pay is required to tell you, at least ten (10) days before each payment, when it will be made and how much it will be. You may choose instead to get this notice only when the payment would differ by more than a certain amount from the previous payment, or when the amount would fall outside certain limits that you set. If you order us to stop a preauthorized transfer payment three (3) Business Days or more before the transfer is scheduled, and we do not do so, we will be liable for your losses or damages. We impose limits on Card transactions as follows: Transaction Limit Frequency PIN or non-PIN Purchase transactions $5,000 Per day Over the Counter cash withdrawals at a financial institution or Retail Location $5,000 Per day ATM cash withdrawals (domestic or international) $2,500 Per day Convenience Checks $2,500 Per transaction Bill Payments using Bill Pay through Online Banking or Mobile App $2,500 Per transaction Cash Loads at a Retail Location. $5,000 ($9,500 during Jan-Apr) Per day $9,500 Per month Deposits using a participating third-party card load network (for example, Visa ReadyLink or Green Dot reload agents) $1,500 Per day $9,500 Per month Card to Card Transfers $1,500 Per day $9,500 Per month SECTION VI: AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS POLICY Your Ability to Withdraw Funds. Your ability to withdraw funds depends on the type of deposit and is explained below. Please remember that even after we have made funds available to you, and you have withdrawn the funds, you are still responsible for deposits that are returned to us unpaid and for any other problems involving your deposit.

Online bill payments are not regarded as preauthorized payments and are not subject to the above written terms.

Ensure information on your stop payment request is correct before submitting and confirming the stop payment request by verifying the following information on the input screen: • Checking AccountCheck Number • Amount • Payee • Stop Payment Reason When submitting a stop payment request, you acknowledge that if the item for which you have requested a stop payment has already been paid or is in the process of being paid or you have submitted incorrect information regarding the item(s) covered by your stop payment request, the bank may be unable to process your stop payment request. The fee charged in connection with your stop payment request is non-refundable. This fee will apply to each stop payment request. You agree that you are responsible for the amount of the item(s) described in your stop payment request, plus all expenses and cost (including attorney's fees, if any) that may be incurred by the bank when the bank refuses to pay the item(s). You also agree that the bank shall have no responsibility to you for any amount if the item is paid or in the process of being paid before the bank has reasonable period of time to process your stop payment request in the ordinary course of business. You also agree that if any check described in your stop payment request is returned to you or if you wish to cancel your stop payment request, you will notify the bank promptly. A notice will be sent to you acknowledging your stop payment request. Please review the information and contact the bank immediately if it is not correct. These terms are in addition to the terms and conditions for stopping payment of items contained in your Deposit Agreement, which terms are incorporated by reference. UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, YOU (THE CONSUMER) MAY NOT STOP PAYMENT OF ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFERS. THEREFORE, YOU SHOULD NOT EMPLOY ELECTRONIC ACCESS FOR PURCHASES OR SERVICES UNLESS YOU ARE SATISFIED THAT YOU WILL NOT NEED TO STOP PAYMENT.
