Electronic mail (E-mail) means message sent, received or forwarded in digital form via a computer- based communication mechanism;
Electronic mail (E-mail) means message sent, received or forwarded in digital form using any electronic communication mechanism such that the message so sent, received or forwarded is storable and retrievable ;
